Ronnie was born in Phoenix, Arizona as one of fourteen children and moved to West Texas at an early age. He grew up on a dairy in Muleshoe, Texas before moving to Central Texas. Ronnie graduated from Dublin High School in 1995 and continued to work on the family dairy before going to college. He attended Ranger Jr. College before completing Mortuary School in 1999. He worked in the funeral business in the Dallas area before moving to Coryell County in 2003, joining the staff at Scott's Funeral Home in Gatesville. He is involved in the First Baptist Church of Gatesville serving as Choir President, Past R.A. Director and various other roles. Ronnie is also a member of the Exchange Club of Gatesville where he served as secretary and served two terms president. He has also served on the Gatesville Boys and Girls Club Advisory Board for 6 years. Most recently he was elected to the City Council in Gatesville. He is a co-owner of Scott's Funeral Home in Gatesville, since 2007. Since the opening of Scott's Funeral Home in Copperas Cove he has joined the morning Exchange Club in Copperas Cove is currently enrolled in the Citizen Police Academy in Copperas Cove.
Daren was born in Gatesville and grew up in the Mound community. He graduated from Gatesville High School in 1987 and from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1988. From a young age, Daren had a desire to serve people in the funeral service ministry. Shortly before completing mortuary school, he became employed with Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville and remained there until 1998. He has remained active locally in funeral service, until rejoining the staff at Scott’s Funeral Home in June of 2011. His community involvement includes a twenty-year member and past President of the Gatesville Lions Club, served two terms on the Gatesville City Council as Councilman and three years as Mayor. He is a member of White Mound Baptist Church. He is also a member of the Gatesville Masonic Lodge #197 A.F. & A.M., Waco Scottish Rite Bodies and the Waco Karem Shrine. In 2006, he was elected as a County Commissioner to Precinct #2 on the Coryell County Commissioner’s Court and currently holds that office.
Bill was born in Gatesville, Texas the youngest of four children. He grew up in Gatesville and graduated from Gatesville High School in 1973. Bill graduated from Temple Junior College in 1975 and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services in 1990. He began his funeral career at Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville in 1990. Bill served on the Gatesville Independent School Board for 10 years, serving as secretary and Vice President. He is a co-owner of Scott's Funeral Home in Gatesville, since 2007.
